Why am I waking you up at night? When we first wake up, our social and intellectual filters are at more receptive and less restrictive settings – both yours and mine. I believe we are much more open to what we are hearing, seeing and creating in what I call our gem time. Creating an unusual situation for inquiry raises the bar for what is possible.
